Description |
In this factory, it is possible to render shearing cut up to a sheet thickness of 0.5t～16t. How to store our inventory is not an accumulation of inventory from floor, but implementing the automated rack system which system uses a vertical space maximally to minimize scratches and dirt. Therefore we have realized to deliver products to customers while remaining high quality. |

Automated rack system
(A total of 243 racks)
The automated rack system which automates loading and unloading of steel plates. It prevents scratches and dirt of surface because of managing the steel plate on the pallet. It has been contributed greatly to "high-quality and instant delivery system."
Surface polishing and pasting protective tape
On the second floor of this factory is equipped with a mechanical surface polishing pasting protective tape machine.We answer to customers' diverse demands.
Utilization of rainwater sprinkling
Accumulate rain water for watering on the rooftop to cool down in the summer and also use it for the toilet in the factory. We are actively involving in the global environmental protection.
