Description |
In Ube factory, we primarily carry out bending and cutting process of thin sheets. In case of stainless steel, it can be cut up to a thickness of 0.05t ～ 6t. In addition to stainless steel, micro cut of aluminum and copper products such as high-reflective materials and flame processed products are also available. Three fiber laser cutting machines were introduced, two of the machines adopted the automated robotic bender. Three press brakes were introduced, one of them adopted the automated robotic bender. Using the automatic pallet system, it supports quick delivery and much higher productivity than conventional. |

Three state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting machines were introduced.Capable of cutting highly reflective materials and hard materials such as aluminum, copper, titanium product and so forth.In positioning control by three-axis linear drive, it delivers high-precision process and high-quality products.
The fiber laser cutting machine at Ube factory equips with the automated rack system. (Rack 4 units / total of 46 pallets) Automated “cutting setup of base material/cut /product retrieve” to achieve high productivity and quick delivery.
Automated bending robot was introduced which contributes mass production, but it also saves a significant reduction in setup time. It is quite effective even in a wide variety and low-volume production goods. We aim to further short delivery time by implementing unattended night operations.
State-of-the-art press brake introduced. Equips with angle sensors to measure force and bending angle during forming in consideration of the springback.The hydraulic cylinders located in the lower beam of the machine automatically compensates for any ram deflection and crowning system is able to detect real force and compensates the deflection.
We developed a process management system which automatically updates in real-time.All of the work situations such as CAD data production, creating nesting data, cutting, deburring and cleaning, inspection and packing which have achieved a short delivery time with a high process control of the grasp and quality on internet.

We established a CAD operator dedicated office in Makati City, Philippines.Currently, 12 CAD operators who are in charge of creating CAD data and nesting data while rendering double-check.
